摘要
氰尿酸三聚氰胺盐(MCA)是典型的氮系环保阻燃剂,还是一种润滑效果极佳的润滑剂。目前MCA的研究主要集中于欧洲、美国和日本,我国也有数家企业研制开发,并形成了一定生产能力,但和国外产品相比,品质上还存在一定的差距。在传统的水溶液法合成中,由于原料在水中的溶解度不大,需要大量水及大容积设备,生产效率低,成本高。本文用水热法合成MCA,利用高温、高压下水热体系离子行为特性达到减少水量的目的。本文将详细研究合成中催化剂、晶体合成、试验温度、试验时间、加料方式等因素对产品质量的影响,为工业生产提供重要实验数据和理论依据。
Melamine cyanurate(MCA) is a typical innocuous and environmental concerned flame-retardant of N series,and also have excellent lubricating effect as a kind of lubricant.Current research of MCA is mainly concentrated in Europe,the United States and Japan.There are also several enterprises developing in our country,and formed a certain production capacity.But compared with foreign products there is still a big gap in the quality.In the aqueous solution of traditional synthesis,because of the solubility of raw material is not big,there need a lot of water and large volume equipment.Beyond that,the production efficiency is low,the raw material price is high and have few sources.This project using the hydrothermal method for synthesis of MCA,take advantage of ion behavior characteristics of hydrothermal system under the condition of high temperature and high pressure to achieve the purpose of reducing water.The project will study the effect of reaction time,temperature,catalyst on the quality of the product,provide important experimental data and theoretical basis for industrial production.
