摘要 目的:采用高速分散-探头超声法制备白藜芦醇注射乳剂,并对其进行处方及工艺优化。方法:以稳定常数为考察指标作正交试验,筛选最佳处方和制备工艺。结果:最后确定最优处方为:0.1%的白藜芦醇、油酸0.3%的pluronic F68、0.3%的油酸、1.2%磷脂、2.25%甘油和10%大豆油;最优工艺为:乳化温度70℃、高速分散时间8 min,转速11000 r/min,超声功率为400 w,超声时间5 min。结论:该处方工艺可行,所制备的白藜芦醇乳剂具有较高稳定性。 Objective: Preparation of Resveratrol emulsion for two-step emulsification(high speed stirring-ultrasonic wave).Methods: The Ke as investigation of formulation factors and process factors investigated,and the orthogonal design optimization formulation.Results: The optimized formula was composed of 0.1 % Resveratrol,10 % admixture of Soybean oil,0.3 % Pluronic F68,0.3 % oleic acid and 1.2 % SPC astheemulsifying agent,2.25 % glycerol as the is osmotic adjusting agent.The optimized manufacturing parameters: working temperature was 70 ℃,stirring time was 8 min,stirring speed was 11000 r/min,ultrasonic power was 400 w,ultrasonic time was 5 min.Conclusion: The formulation technology is feasible,the preparation of Resveratrol emulsion with high stability.
