摘要
简要介绍了章鱼胺的的结构、分布、功能、提取及检测方法。章鱼胺是天然的β3-肾上腺素能受体激动剂,在II型糖尿病和肥胖症的治疗上有潜在的应用价值。从水产品中分离提取章鱼胺,制成减肥药物和健康食品,是提升水产品附加值的有益尝试。
The structure,distribution,function,extraction and detection methods of octopamine were reviewed in this paper.Octopamine is a natural β3-adrenergic receptor agonist（β3-ARA）,which has an important preventive function on obesity and typeⅡdiabetes.Weight-loss drugs and health food can be made from octopamine extracted and separated from aquatic products,which is a beneficial attempt to enhance aquatic products＇ added value.
