摘要
煤热解的实际过程是一种复杂的物理变化和化学变化共同作用的过程。在煤热解的实际操作中,各种各样的热解条件变化会对热解行为产生影响。本文基于国内外煤热解方面的研究,综合叙述了升温速率、煤粉粒径大小、床料、热解气氛、气体停留时间、热解温度、热解压力以及煤种对煤热解产物的影响。
The actual process of coal pyrolysis is a complex process which the physical change and chemical change work together.In the actual operation of coal pyrolysis,the variation of a variety of pyrolysis conditions will have an effect on the pyrolysis behavior itself.This article is based on the study concerning the topic of coal pyrolysis,describe the influence of heating rate,coal particle size,bed material,atmosphere of pyrolysis,residence time of gas,temperature pressure and coal type on the pyrolysis product.
