ICP-AES法测定轻稀土分离生产线中的常量和微量稀土

Determination of Constant and Trace Rare Earth Elements in Rare Earth Separation Production Line by Inductive Coupled Plasma-Atomic Emission Spectrometry

摘要 考察不同种类稀土元素谱线之间干扰情况及各种稀土基体对分析测定的影响。选择不受干扰或干扰量可以忽略不计的谱线作为分析线,进行酸度、基体浓度等条件试验,确定试样分析检测条件。做加料回收、标准样品数据对照、检出限及精密度统计实验,与不同分析方法及实验室间进行数据比对。通过这些实验,常量稀土元素配分量的测定准确度在-0.20~1.01,精密度在0.71%~9.28%之间。微量稀土元素的检出限为5.24~12.16μg/g,加标回收率97%~112%之间。该法现应用于生产实际,满足了稀土分离生产线过程控制检测的需求。 We investigated the interference among different rare earth elements and the influence caused by various kinds of rare earth matrix.The analysis line without interference or with negligible interference extent were chosen preferably.Condition experiments,such as acidity,the concentration of the matrix,etc were carried out to determine the analysis test conditions.By means of doing recovery of standard addition,standard sample data contrast,detection limit and precision statistics experiments,contrast experiments among different analysis methods and laboratories.The accuracy of constant Rare Earth is between- 0.20 and 1.01 and the precision is between 0.71% and 9.28%.Meanwhile,for the trace rare earth elements determination,the detecting limits is between 5.24 ~ 12.16μg/g and the recovery is between 92% and112%.The method has already been put into practice to the routine production line,satisfying the needs of the rare earth separation production process control requirements.
