摘要
本次实验采用超声-微波协同萃取方法对决明子中的大黄酚进行提取,以决明子中大黄酚的提取率为大黄酚的提取工艺考察指标,采用四因素三水平的正交设计优化提取工艺。通过正交实验,得出影响大黄酚提取率的顺序为。对高效液相色谱法快速测定决明子中大黄酚含量的方法进行研究。
This experiment using ultrasonic microwave synergistic extraction method in Semen Cassiae chrysophanol was extracted,to the extraction of Chrysophanol in Semen Cassiae rate for extraction technology of chrysophanol indexes and the extraction process was optimized by the orthogonal design of four factors and three levels.Through orthogonal experiment,the order of affecting the extraction rate of.The research method of rapid determination of Chrysophanol in Semen Cassiae by HPLC.
