摘要
采用超高压液相色谱方法,优化高效液相色谱法的各项分析条件,结果表明波长250nm下有较好的吸光值,该方法检出限达到0.01μg/L,具有良好的精密度和准确度。地表水中两种浓度的加标回收率均达到82%以上。
To optimize the analysis condition of HPLC by ultra performance liquid chromatography,the result show that wavelength under 210 nm have better light absorption value.This method detection limit was 0.01μg/L,has high precision and accuracy.The recovery of two kinds of concertration of surface water was both higher than 82%.
