摘要
利用碱渣上清液来去除化纤废水中的硫酸根,减缓化纤废水外排过程中的结疤问题,化纤废水与碱渣上清液体积比8:1,条件下也不会过多增加化纤废水排放量,同时需要6 h反应沉淀时间解决硫酸钙颗粒细,沉淀较慢,挂壁现象严重而导致实际生产中大多数沉淀发生输送过程中极易造成管线结疤的问题。且生产中回收硫酸钙沉淀,生产盐石膏产品;处理出水用于化盐水,降低纯碱原盐消耗,实现废物的循环利用,又可减少化纤废水排放量。
Alkali dreg supernatant was used to remove sulfate ion(SO42-) in chemical fiber wastewater,in order to reduce scar problem in the process of chemical fiber wastewater effluent.The volume ratio of chemical fiber waste water and alkali dreg supernatant was 8: 1,precipitation time was 6 h,in which conditions,the problems of the fine particles of calcium sulfate,Slow sedimentation rate,and the serious wall hanging phenomenon were solved.CaSO4 precipitation was recycled during the production process,and salt gypsum products were produced.The treated effluent was used to saline,which reduced consumption for soda ash.Waste recycling is realized and chemical fiber wastewater discharge was reduced.
