Treatment of Wastewater Containing High Salt Ammonium Sulfate from Production of Taurine

研究了牛磺酸生产中含硫酸铵高盐废水的处理,采用物理蒸发、脱氨和生化方法综合处理出水达到污水处理厂接管标准,蒸发得到固体硫酸铵作为副产出售,达到较好的综合利用效果。

This paper studies the treatment of wastewater with high salinity containing ammonium sulfate from taurine production,by means of physical evaporation,removing ammonia,electric desalination with electrodialysis and biochemical method.Freshwater from electricodialysis is continually treated in biochemical pool till it meets take over standard for sewage treatment plant.Electrodialysis concentrated water is used for production feeding cycle to achieve a better effect of comprehensive utilization.
