工科院校青年教师工程素质提升路径探析--以北京化工大学为例 被引量:8

摘要 青年教师的工程素质对工科院校人才培养的质量具有一定的影响。自2012年开始,北京化工大学的青年教师工程实践活动已经成功开展了四年,本文从人员组成、承训单位类型、培训形式等方面总结活动特点,并针对目前存在的问题,从校内外培训制度构建、校外工程实践基地建设、产学研合作等方面提出完善青年教师工程素质培养路径的建议。 Young teachers' engineering qualities has a certain influence on the quality of talents cultivation of engineering colleges. Since 2012, engineering practices for young teachers in Beijing University of Chemical Technology have been carried out for four years. This study summarizes characteristics of the practices from the perspectives of personnel composition, types of training institutions and training forms. Besides, aiming at the present problems,t he study puts forward countermeasures to improve the paths of training young teachers' engineering qualities from the aspects of the establishment of training systems in and around universities, the construction of engineering practice bases, industry- university-research cooperation and so on.
