Reflections on the Cultivation of Entrepreneurial and Innovative Talents on the Background of“Internet Plus”

信息技术作为"互联网+"时代的引领性技术,正彻底改变着我们的世界和生活。各行各业包括教育业,唯有变革融入"互联网+",才能适应时代而生存。本文回顾硅谷形成之初微软与苹果两位创始人开展创新创业的对比来了解创业创新人才出现的重大历史背景特性,并从演化经济学角度给出创业创新人才发展的历史轨迹;最后提出"互联网+"时代创业创新人才培养的若干方法。

As a leading technology in the era of ＂Internet Plus＂, information technology has been changing the world we live in and our lives completely. All kinds of industries, including education, can comply with the times and survive successfully only if they are ready to reform and incorporate themselves in ＂Internet Plus＂. This paper reviews and compares different backgrounds when founders of Microsoft and Apple started their businesses in the beginning of the formation of Silicon Valley, in order to have an understanding of the characteristics of the backgrounds when the historical events occur. Besides, it provides a historical route of the development of the entrepreneurial and innovative talents from the perspective of evolutionary economics. Finally, it puts forward several methods for cultivating entre preneurial and innovative talents in the era of ＂Internet Plus＂.
