摘要
教育的改革和发展最终都要通过教师的实践得以实现,师资人才队伍建设是职业院校关注的重要问题。本文针对温州科技职业学院师资人才队伍建设的特点和要求,就人才工作"引、育、用"三大转变进行了充分阐述,并提出了适应"三大转变"的工作思路、工作机制的创新与实践。
Innovation and development of education can be realized by teachers' practices eventually, and the construction of teachers team is a very important issue that all the vocational colleges care about. Aiming at the characteristics and requirements of talents team construction in Wenzhou vocational college of science and technology, the paper fully elaborated three shifts of introduction, cultivation and use for the talent's work, and put forward to the innovation and practice for the work of train thought and mechanism to be adapted of them.
