防耐药突变浓度理论文献计量的近况分析 被引量:1

Bibliometric analysis of research papers on mutant prevention concentration

摘要 目的用文献计量学的方法对防耐药突变浓度(MPC)理论的研究进展进行分析,为防止细菌耐药研究提供参考。方法检索从1999年至2015年12月PubMed、EMbase、Science Citation Index、中国知网以及万方数据库中MPC的相关文献。用EndnoteX 7进行分类整理,对其发表年份、作者、研究机构、发表期刊、被引频次,研究内容等进行计量分析。结果共纳入文献442篇,其中英文文献266篇,中文文献176篇。发文量最多的年份是2010年,发文量最多的期刊为Antimicrob Agents Chemother。大多数文献仍主要关注于体外研究和动物实验,主要研究是基于MPC的药代动力学/药效学参数测定,但近些年建立的动物体内模型和模拟人体的体外模型在不断增多,研究的内容也倾向于临床应用。结论随着时间的推移,MPC的研究逐渐加深,对临床发挥的作用也日益增加。 Objective To analyze the recent advance on mutant prevention concentration (MPC)over the past years with bibliometric approach for advanced research of MPC. Methods Literatures were searched from PubMed, EMbase, Science Citation Index, CNKI and Wanfang from 1999 to Oct. 2015. EndNote X7 was used to sort these articles and the bibliometric analysis was carried out in respect of published years, first authors, published journals, cited frequency and contents, etc. Results A total of 442 articles were collected in our research, including 266 English articles and 176 Chinese papers. The number of articles about MPC published in 2010 was the most. Antimicrob Agents Chemother was the ranked the first place in all of journals for MPC published pa- pers. From the aspect of content, most of the articles still focused on the in vitro and animal study to investigate the relationship between pharmacokinetic/pharmacodynamics (PK/PD) parameters on the basis of the MPC. However, the animal models and in vitro PD models were increasing and their aims were tend to clinical application these years. Conclusion With the passage of time, researches of MPC deepened gradually, and also played an important role for clinical.
