美食网络关注度时空特征及其与旅游的耦合性研究——以沪苏浙皖为例 被引量:11

Spatial-temporal Features of Net Attention on Food and Its Correlation with Tourism——A Case Study of Shanghai,Jiangsu,Zhejiang and Anhui

摘要 休闲经济时代,人们由注重饮食的生理需要转向注重美食体验,美食信息越发受到关注。美食网络关注度是美食关注的典型表现和测量手段,是大众美食体验诉求的反映。通过百度指数,以沪苏浙皖41个城市为例,研究获取到2012-2014年各城市美食网络关注度和旅游网络关注度指数数据,采用变异系数、赫芬达尔指数等5个指标及GIS技术,刻画和分析了研究区美食网络关注度的时空差异特征,并探讨了与旅游网络关注度的时空耦合性。研究发现:美食网络关注度指数逐年增长,年内具有季节性特征,受旅游季节性影响;城市间有显著差异,指数多分布于传统长三角城市,城市旅游发展水平对美食网络关注度有显著影响;美食、旅游关注度显著正相关,系数最高的多为皖北城市,而系数较高的为重点旅游城市;美食、旅游相关系数与指数比具有明显的空间集聚性,周边城市对美食关注有较大影响。 In the age when leisure industry prevails, with people' s attention on food shifting from satisfying their biological needs to catering experience, people are more concerned with information of food. The public demand for catering experience is reflected by net attention on food which represents and measures people' s attention on a certain food. In the case study of 41 cities in Shanghai obtained, through Baidu index, data of attention indexes of food and , Jiangsu, Zhejiang and Anhui, the paper tourism network in these cities from 2012 to 2014, which were depicted and analyzed by GIS and 5 indicators such as coefficient variation (CV) and HHI. The study in areas concerned focused on the spatial and temporal features of net attention on food and probed into the coupling of attention on food and tourism network. The results showed: net attention indexes on food exhibit growth year by year and seasonal characteristics as an impact of seasonal tourism; the develop- ment state of tourism exerts a remarkable influence on the attention indexes which demonstrate significant dis- parity between cities and are mostly distributed among traditional Yangtze Delta cities; there is a positive cor- relation between net attention on food and tourism, with highest attention indexes in cities in northern Anhui province and higher indexes in key tourist cities; surrounding cities affect greatly the net attention on food and the ratios of correlation coefficient and relative indices between food and tourism suggest obvious agglomeration effect.
