时今,饮食成为广播、影视、报刊等各类媒体雅俗共赏的话题,这是广大观众和读者在"饮食生活"向"美食生活"提升心态下的视阅诉求。饮食文学是中国文学的一种传统,"味"是中国饮食文学的重要素材。当今的饮食文学要立足于继承传统,在现代创作中得到创新发展,为创造良好的社会环境、建设高尚的社会道德风尚和深入改革开放的需要服务。
Diet has become a topic on media suiting both the refined and popular tastes and reflected the audi- ence' s shift of their food appeal in watching films or TV and reading papers or magazines when they upgrade it from food to cate. Taste is an important source material of Chinese dietetic literature which has traditionally been a part of Chinese literature. Today' s dietetic literature can make innovative development by inheriting tradition and creating modem works, so as to help build sound social environment, promote ethical progress and deepen reform and opening up.
