摘要
为提高西瓜新品种‘申抗988'杂交种的质量和产量,确保‘申抗988'良种的供应,开展了‘申抗988'杂交种繁育技术研究。结果表明:‘申抗988'在新疆地区进行杂交种繁育的适宜种植密度为37 500株/hm^2,基肥施狮马牌复合肥975—1 050 kg/hm^2,采取单蔓整枝方式,控制主蔓第2—3雌花坐果,种瓜在室温下后熟10 d,种瓜瓜瓤在室温下发酵处理24—36 h,可有效提高‘申抗988'杂交种的质量和产量;同时可杀灭种子表面携带的果腐病菌,达到健康种子生产标准。
In order to improve the seed quality and yield of ' Shenkang 988 ' in Xinjiang area,and to ensure the supply of 'Shenkang 988' seeds,the hybrid breeding technology of ' Shenkang 988 ' was studied.The results showed that the suitable planting density was 37 500 plants/hm^2,the suitable amount of base fertilizer was 975—1 050 kg/hm^2 Shima Brand compound fertilizer,with single vine pruning,second or third female flower fruiting on the main stem.The quality and yield of ' Shenkang 988' seeds could be effectively improved with the seed fruit after-ripening for 10 d and the melon pulp fermenting 24—36 h at room temperature.At the same time,the fruit rot pathogen on the seed surface could be killed to meet the standard of healthy seed production.
