摘要
通过梳理上海现代农业职业教育集团在创建校企融合机制、合力打造现代农业技能型人才培养高地方面的成功做法,将其总结为:一是优化组织结构,完善内部管理制度,不断提高集团平台的管理水平和运行效率;二是设计及申报政府资金扶持的项目,开展师资培训、校企合作人才培养模式改革试点工作,促进校企融合,提高集团整体实力;三是校企"双主体"培养涉农专业技能型人才,学校育才与企业用才相融合,培养有知识、有技能的人才,满足上海现代化农业建设的需要。
This paper summarizes several ways of creating the school-enterprise fusion mechanism together to build modern agricultural skilled personnel training highlands for Shanghai Modern Agriculture Vocational Education Group.Firstly,optimizing the organizational structure,improving the internal management system to improve the management and operational efficiency of the Group platform constantly.Secondly,designing and applying for the projects supported by the government funds,developing teacher training,school-enterprise cooperation in personnel training mode reform,and promoting school-enterprise integration to improve the Group's overall strength.Thirdly,cultivating agricultural professional skilled personnel by both school and enterprise,which means "double subject" that integrating school training and enterprise practice,and cultivating the knowledge,skilled talents to meet the needs of the construction of Shanghai modern agriculture.
