福建省现代农业竞争力评价探析

Evaluation on the Competitiveness of Modern Agriculture in Fujian

在分析福建省现代农业发展现状的基础上,从产量比较优势指数、规模比较优势指数、综合比较优势指数、国内市场占有率和显示性比较优势指数等方面分析了福建省现代农业竞争力的情况。结果表明,目前福建省特色农业竞争力总体较强,但其竞争力主要体现在资源优势上,且初级农产品较多。基于此,提出应优化产业结构,突出资源特色;完善科研机制,发挥科技支农作用;利用闽台优势,加快海西建设,促进闽台特色农产品的交流发展等对策建议。

Based on analyzing the present situation of modern agriculture in Fujian,the competitiveness of modern agriculture in Fujian was analyzed from five aspects including Yield Comparative Advantage Index,Scale Comparative Advantage Index,Integrated Comparative Advantage Index,domestic market share and Revealed Comparative Advantage Index.The results showed that the overall competitiveness of agriculture in Fujian was strong at present,but the competitiveness mainly represented in resource superiority and there were more primary agricultural products.Based on the analysis,the countermeasures were put forward including optimizing the industrial structure to highlight the characteristics of resources,improving the scientific research mechanism to develop the work of science and technology supporting agriculture,taking advantage of Fujian and Taiwan to accelerate the west-strait construction and promote the communication and development of characteristic agricultural products between Fujian and Taiwan.
