某硫化铜镍矿不同矿石的混选试验研究及应用 被引量:2

摘要 由于某硫化铜镍矿各矿区矿石性质略有差异,从而导致浮选特性有差别。为了解决配矿过程中浮选指标不稳定的问题,对各矿区的四种矿石进行了混合浮选试验研究。研究结果表明,1号富矿与2号贫矿不能混选,1号富矿与3号贫矿则是以1号富矿为主时,与3号贫矿能够混选,3号贫矿占多数时不能混选;2号贫矿与3号贫矿能够混选;4号贫矿与3号贫矿不能混选,4号贫矿与2号贫矿混合时,以2号贫矿为主或两者配比相近时能够混选,4号贫矿配比占多数时,不能混选。以上研究结论为选矿厂未来生产中配矿方案的制定提供了依据。 The flotation characteristics of one copper-nickel sulphide has the difference due to the ore properties from the differ- ent mine lot has a little difference. The mix flotation experimental study of four kinds of ore from the different mine lot is carried out in order to solve the unstable flotation indicators problems in the process of ore matching. The research results show : No. 1 rich ore cannot be mixed with No. 2 lean ore; when No. 1 rich ore predominates, it can be mixed with No. 3 lean ore; when No. 3 lean ore predominates, it can- not be mixed with No. 1 rich ore; No. 2 lean ore can be mixed with No. 3 lean ore; when No. 2 lean ore predominates, or No. 2 and No. 4 lean ore has the similar proportion, No. 2 lean ore can be mixed with No. 4 lean ore, but if No. 4 lean ore predominates, the mix -flotation cannot be proceeded. The above mentioned conclusions provide the basis for the ore blending scheme of the future production in the dressing plant.
