摘要
主要分析了大极板铅电解精炼过程中影响电解液Pb2+浓度的因素和对生产带来的危害。结合尺寸为4 500 mm×1 000 mm×1 620 mm的电解槽生产实例,提出了将电解液流量提高到45~50 L/min、H2Si F6浓度控制在80~100 g/L、电解液的温度控制在40~45℃以及提高电流密度和采用阳极二次电解、硫酸脱铅、更换部分电解液、不溶阳极脱铅来降低Pb2+浓度的方法,使Pb2+保持在100~120 g/L的正常水平。
The influential factors for electrolyte Pb2+ concentration and the harms to production in the electrolysis and refining process of large-plate lead are analyzed. According to the electrolytic cell which size is 4500 × 1000 ×1620mm as the production instance, in order to keep Pb2+ in the normal level that 1130 - 120g/L, it is proposed that the electrolyte flow shall be increased to 45 - 50L/min, the concentration of H2SiF6 shall be controlled to 80 × 100g/L, the temperature of electrolyte shall be controlled to 40 -45 ℃, as well as in- creasing the current density and adopting the secondary anode for electrolysis, adopting sulfuric acid for lead removal, changing partial elec- trolyte and adopting insoluble anodes for lead removal to decreasing the concentration of Pb2~ .
