摘要
介绍了铜电解槽短接方式和采用短路开关工艺的传统开关布置及母排连接特点,为了减少母排用量、降低工程造价、减少开关与母排布置和工艺管道之间的冲突,采用了新的设计思路,重新规划电解槽组的电流流向,以新颖的方式布置各槽组短路开关的安装位置和连接形式,并重新设计了母排T形交叉和十字交叉处的连接,采用了全新的连接方式。通过一系列的优化设计,提升了安装后的美观实用性,大幅节约了母排用量,取得明显的经济效益。
The short circuit method of copper electrolytic cell, the traditional switch layout using short circuit switch process, and the coupling features of busbar are introduced. In order to reducing the dosage of busbar, reducing the construction costs, reducing the conflict among the quantity of switch, busbar arrangement and process pipeline, the new design concept is adopted, the current direction of electrolytic cell group are reorganized, the installation location and connecting format of short circuit switch for each cell group is rearranged in new style, the connection of busbar T intersection and cross intersection is redesigned, and the whole new connection way is adopted. Af- ter a series optimization design the arrangement is more beautiful and practical, the dosage of busbar is significantly saved, which reaches the obvious economic benefit.
