除焦剂在大型火电机组锅炉的应用与研究

Application and research of decoking agent in large thermal power boilers

华电新乡发电有限公司一期工程2台660 MW燃煤汽轮发电机组锅炉频繁结焦、掉焦,为保证机组安全、经济运行,对锅炉使用了除焦剂,并从煤种、除焦剂添加位置、用量及成分等多方面进行了试验,确定了经济、有效的除焦剂使用方案。方案实施后,有效减少了锅炉结焦,提高了锅炉的稳定性。

The construction of two 660 MW coal-fired turbine generator boilers in Huadian Xinxiang Power Generation Company Limited frequently coke and coke out. In order to ensure unit safety and economic operation,decoking agent was added in boilers. The best solution was selected through tests on the coal,as well as the position,amount and composition of decoking agent. After the implementation of the program,the boiler coking was effectively reduced and the stability of the boiler was improved.
