摘要
当6kV一段母线失电后,对应的磨煤机跳闸,对正压直吹式锅炉的燃烧影响很大,特别是带下层磨煤机的6kV母线失电时,锅炉灭火的概率较高。为将6kV一段母线失电后锅炉灭火的概率降至最低,对不同运行方式下磨煤机跳闸后锅炉灭火的概率进行排序,对磨煤机工作电源布置方式的安全性进行分析,提出电源优化方案及磨煤机最佳运行方式。
If 6 kV busbar outage,pulverizer will trip,and significantly effect on positive pressure direct-fired boiler. Especially the 6 kV busbar for bottom layer pulverizer,boiler will be highly probably extinguished. To reduce the probability of boiler extinguishing,the probability of boiler extinguishing after pulverizer tripped and the safety of pulverizer power layout were analyzed.The power source improvement plan and the best pulverizer operation mode were indicated.
