摘要
以某公司330 MW汽轮机组为例,介绍一种简单易实施的阀门顺序调整方法,在机组运行中调整高压调节汽门的开启顺序,解决了汽流激振引起的机组轴振大、影响机组带负荷的问题,保证机组安全、稳定运行。
Take a company's 330 MW steam turbine unit as example,a simple and practical valve sequence adjusting method was introduced. By adjusting high-pressure regulating valve while operation,the problem of steam flow shock excitation was eliminated. The safety and stability of unit operation was ensued.
