某330MW机组脱硫增效改造方案对比分析

Contrast and recommendation of reconstruction scheme for desulfurization and increasing efficiency of a certain 330 MW unit

随着社会环保意识的不断增强,"绿色发电计划"被提出,要求一些项目环保指标达到"近零排放"标准,其中SO_2排放质量浓度需<35 mg/m^3,使现有脱硫设施面临着增容改造的问题。以某330 MW机组为例,分析了目前项目存在的问题,经过对比分析,提出并推荐了经济、技术可行的改造方案。

Green power generating plan was proposed when environmental awareness is heightened nowadays. This plan has been requested that a certain environmental index of projects need to meet nearly zero release,for instance,limited value of SO2 emission concentration must above 35 mg / m^3,which makes existing desulfurization utility face reformation of capacity expansion. Taking a certain 330 MW unit as an example,this paper analyzed current problem and through contrastive analysis,brought forward feasible economic and technical reformation plan.
