保留幽门胃切除术治疗早期胃癌的可行性

摘要 保留幽门胃切除术（pylorus-preserving gastrectomy，PPG）最早被用于治疗良性胃溃疡，该术式保留了豳门环的功能方面取得了令人满意的效果。自20世纪80年代后期，一些外科医生开始对特定的早期胃癌患者旅行PPG手术。
