摘要
通过对蜂窝夹层结构受力特性的分析,提出了"组合元素法"的有限元建模方法,并通过典型受力蜂窝夹层结构的理论计算以及典型蜂窝壁板的强度试验,验证了方法的有效性,解决了飞机运动翼面复合材料蜂窝夹层结构的强度设计难题,同时也为航空、航天等其他类似结构的强度设计提供了借鉴和参考。
A method of finite elements modeling called " Combination Element" is concluded through the analysis on mechanical properties of honeycomb sandwich. And it is proved effective compared with the theoretical analysis of the typical loading honeycomb sandwich structure and the results of strength test of the typical honeycomb panel. The problem of strength design of composite material honeycomb sandwich located in aircraft movable wing- box is solved. Meanwhile,the method provides references for other similar structures within the field of aeronautic and aerospace industry.
