采用软磁复合材料粉末冶金工艺生产的空调电机性能研究 被引量:1

摘要 直流无刷电机的定子通常采用硅钢材料冲压后叠片制备而成.研究采用一种全新3D设计的粉末冶金工艺,并通过使用软磁复合材料(SMC)来开发电机定子,成功用于房间空调系统中的变频滚动转子压缩机电机.通过与传统叠片式电机定子进行比较,探讨了SMC的性能、此材料用于电机定子制造的设计优势以及这种新结构的SMC电机的性能.结果表明:采用SMC制造的电机定子具有更大的设计自由度和更小的结构尺寸;与传统方式制造的电机定子比较,在不同的工作频率下,SMC定子的电机性能略显不足;通过优化SMC、粉末冶金工艺和电机的设计,可以显著地改善SMC电机的性能. The stator for brushless direct current (BLDC) motor is usually manufactured by laminating stamped silicon steel. In this paper motor stator is made of soft magnetic composites (SMC) by adopting a fresh new 3D design with powder metallurgical technology(PMT), which is applied in the inverter rotary piston compressor of room air conditioning system. The properties of SMC, the design advantages of using motor stator in manufacturation and performance of a new structure motor are addressed by comparing with the traditional laminated motor. The results show that SMC offers much more design freedom and smaller structure size. Compared with laminated motor, the motor made of SMC has a poorer performance under various operation frequencies. However, improvement on the performance of a SMC motor can be made by optimizing SMCs, PMT and design of the motor in the future.
