生活垃圾内河集装化水陆联运的可行性分析——以华东地区某城市为例

Feasibility Analysis of Inland Waterways and Landways Transportation with Domestic Waste Containerization: Taking a City in Eastern China for Example

根据华东地区某城市垃圾收运特点,制定了垃圾集装化水陆联运方案,从经济效益、环境效益、社会效益和实施难易程度等方面对方案的可行性进行分析。结果表明,受运距和规模较小的影响,华东地区某城市垃圾水运的经济性欠佳,且航运条件无法保证,因此建议暂不实施垃圾水运方案。

A transportation plan of inland waterways and landways with waste containerization was established, based on the characteristics of domestic waste collection and transportation of a city in eastern China. The plan feasibility was analyzed in the field of economic benefits, environmental benefits, social benefits, the difficulty of implication, etc. The results showed that the economic benefits of the inland waterways transportation was bad, attributing to the small scale and distance of the domestic waste transportation. In addition, the navigation condition of inland waterways cannot be guaranteed. So the inland waterways transportation plan was not suggested to be implemented temporarily.
