从北京市厕所建设需求情况的分析和厕所建设存在的问题入手,对北京市社会单位厕所对外开放的必要性进行了较全面的探讨。结合对社会单位厕所开放现状调研,发现归纳出社会单位厕所开放存在的问题,继而结合北京市的实际情况从社会单位厕所开放可行性出发对社会单位进行分类,在此基础上给出北京市社会单位厕所开放的推进路径。
