摘要
以市场废弃的生蚝壳(即贝壳)为原料,经机械粉碎、球磨制成800目-1 200目的贝壳粉体,采用硬脂酸钠作为改性剂,运用湿法表面改性对贝壳粉进行了表面改性,研究在不同改性剂添加量和不同改性温度下对其改性效果的影响。通过测定沉降体积、活化度、粘度及吸油值来衡量各项改性实验参数对贝壳粉改性效果的影响;并通过红外光谱(FT-IR)、×射线衍射(XRD)、扫描电镜(SEM)对改性贝壳粉成分进行表征及观测其形貌。实验表明,当改性剂硬脂酸钠添加量为2%,改性时间为2 h,改性温度为90℃时,贝壳粉的表面改性效果最好,其在聚脲涂料中分散性最佳.
Take the abandoned oyster shell(shell) as the research object,sodium stearate as the modifier,use the method of wet surface modification to modified the shell powder,and their modified effect in different modifier and different temperature are studies.The effect of experimental parameters on shell powder modification were measured by sedimentation volume,activation grade,apparent viscosity,and oil absorption value;And composition of modified shell powder and morphology were analyzed by infrared spectrum(FT-IR),X diffraction(XRD),scanning electron microscopy(SEM).Experimental results showed that the best modified condition was that the dosage of modifier wad 2%,time was 2 h,temperature was 90℃,and it had the best dispersion in polyurea coatings.
