摘要
随着《旅游法》的全面实施,其中关于旅行社选择合格供应商、不得指定购物场所、强制购物与低价组团等条款对旅行社行业产生了巨大行业冲击,广西的旅行社行业也不能例外。广西旅行社行业为中小旅行社为主体,《旅游法》对其的影响主要为操作盈利模式逐渐透明化,旅行社产品价格普遍提高,旅游团队人数减少及旅行社市场格局出现变化。在《旅游法》的指导下,广西中小旅行社主要从经营模式转变、产品创新、服务提升、品牌建设等途径推进转型升级。
With the full implementation of "The Tourism Law" , some terms such as, selecting qualified suppliers, no designated shopping sites, compulsive shopping and low price group, have imposed a huge impact on the travel industry. Guangxi travel agencies are no exception. Medium-small travel agencies are the main body of Guangxi travel agency. The effects of the Law on them mainly include a more transparent profit model, reduced numbers of tourists and a changing market pattern. Under the guidance of the "The Tourism Law" , Guangxi medium-small travel agencies should upgrade themselves from these aspects like changing business model, product innovation, service promotion and brand-building.
