摘要
教授治学是一种有限度的学术管理理念,确立教授治学限度的原则是符合"四个有利于"的要求,教授治学限度的标准应视实现组织方式的不同而区别对待。制约教授治学限度的因素包括外部环境中的政治、经济、文化、法律和大学内部的理念、制度、学者自身等多个方面。教授治学的实现需要大学在观念、制度和文化方面进行改革和深化。
Professors culturement is an academic governance concept with limits. For the limits of professors culturement, the principles of comply with requirement of "4 favors" , the standards can be different for diverse organizational forms. The factors to limit professors' culturement include politics, economy, culture, law in external environment, concepts, systems, scholars in internal environment. The universities have to reform in the aspect of concept, system and culture to fulfill the professors' culturement.
