摘要
铂电阻温度计作为测量温度数据的主要工具,需要进行周期性检定。根据JJF1059.1-2012《测量不确定度评定与表示》的研究方法和分析步骤,通过建立满足测量不确定度评定的数学模型,对铂电阻温度计检定结果的不确定度进行系统地分析,以掌握铂电阻温度计标准装置的计量性能,探索减小误差影响的方法。
The platinum resistance thermometer has become a major tool which measures the temperature data. And it needs to be tested in a certain period. According to research methods and analysis steps in JJF1059. 1-2012 Evaluation and Expression of Uncertainty in Measurement, a mathematical model of measurement uncertainty is established. The test results uncertainty of the platinum resistance thermometer has been analyzed systematically. It is not only can master measure performance of the standard device of platinum resistance thermometer, but also can explore the ways to reduce the impact of the error.
