重庆中小企业应对经济下行压力的对策研究——基于重庆100家中小企业的调查

On Small and Medium-sized Enterprises Countermeasures against Economic Downturn Situation in Chongqing——Based on Questionnaire Survey Results of 100 Small and Medium-sized Enterprises

自2011年以来,我国经济形势一直处于下行态势,在此环境下重庆中小企业则陷入了市场需求下滑严重、竞争异常残酷、成本大幅攀升、资金链相当紧张、转型升级困难等一系列困境,其经营风险和生存压力愈来愈大.在此经济下行态势下,重庆中小企业要想求得生存和发展,应采取强化市场营销、规避恶性竞争、优化企业管理、实行全面紧缩和寻找转型升级路径等对策.

Since 2011,China＇s economy is in a downward trend,thus the small and medium-sized enterprises in Chongqing are facing a series of dilemmas,such as severe market demand decline,cruel competition,ballooning funding costs,nervous capital chain and difficult transformation and upgrading.These difficulties make the enterprises have to face more and more operating risk and survival pressure.Under the economic downturn situation,if the small and medium-sized enterprises in Chongqing want to survive and develop,they should take a series of countermeasures：strengthening marketing,avoiding vicious competition,optimizing enterprise management,implementing tightening policy and looking for transformation and upgrading path.
