摘要
以徐薯22为材料,研究了2.3~6.5kg等9个不同百苗质量及1~4节等4个不同入土节数插苗对甘薯生长及产量的影响.结果表明,百苗质量中等插苗总糖质量分数高,地上部生长和根系发育最好,单株结薯数、大中薯数最多,获得了最高产量;随入土节数增加前期根系数量、叶面积系数、地上部质量有增加趋势,极显著影响单株薯数、大中薯数和产量.最佳产量插苗为7段苗,百苗质量4.25kg,入土3节.
To choose plug transplants scientifically for sweet potato high yield production,Xushu 22 has beenused to study the influence of 9different 100-seedlingweights which range from 2.3to 6.5kg,and 4node numbers into the earth which range from 1to 4on sweet potato growth and yield.The results show that the medium100-seedling weigh got the highest total sugars content,the best with underground root growth and aboveground growth.The medium 100-seedling weight also got the highest yield and the most fruit number per plant and marketable tuber with a very significant difference with the others.The increase of node number into the earth promoted underground root growth,LAI and the yield.The node number into the earth had very significant difference onthe fruit number per plant,the number of large and medium-sized potato and the yield.In the conditions of this study,the results show that the optimum treatment is 7segmental seedling,4.25 kg 100-seedling weight with three-node number into the earth.
