会计硕士专业学位教育与地方会计青年英才培养融合模式探索与实践

On Integration of Master of Professional Accounting Education and Local Talented Young Accountants Training Mode

会计专业硕士教育属于学历教育,重庆市会计青年英才培养属于职业继续教育,两种不同培养模式的交集在于注重理论素养、专业技能和管理才能的培养,其关键要素是课程设置和培养过程管理,两种培养模式的融合值得探索.会计主管部门重庆市财政局和西南大学合作,协同推进重庆市高层次会计人才培养模式的融合与创新,培养融合模式实践3年多,取得初步成效,也存在值得改进的问题.

The master of professional accounting education is an academic training,and Chongqing talented young accountants training belongs to a continuing professional education.The intersection of those two different training mode focuses on the training of the theoretical accomplishment,professional skills and management ability,and the key elements of them focus on curriculum setting and management of training process,so it＇s worth exploring the integration of two training modes.Chongqing Finance Bureau and the Southwest University have been cooperating on promoting the integration and innovation of high-level accounting personnel training mode.This integration of those two different training mode has been putted into practice for three years,it has achieved the initial success,but there are also some problems waiting to be solved.
