To follow the high-speed development of the current pharmaceutical industry and match the higher requirements of pharmaceutical quality control,the author has proposed the corresponding discussions about this issue in detail.Simultaneously,the author has explored various ways for how to train high-quality and excellent students in the field of pharmaceutical analysis.On the basis of the solid experience,the author further discussed and investigated the significance of combining colleges and companies for culturing creative students majoring in pharmaceutical quality control.In addition,the author has raised practical strategies for how to employ all the advantages of both colleges and enterprises to improve the quality of education.
