地方本科院校立德树人工作路径新探——以莆田学院为例

A New Inquiry on the Strategy of Character-oriented Talent Cultivation in Local Undergraduate Universities——A Study Based on Putian University

分析立德树人的基本内涵及实质要求,指出地方本科院校在落实立德树人教育任务时面临更多现实困境。结合莆田学院工作实践,提出立德树人工作的三条新路径,即:立足地方特色,以校园精神文化为抓手;立足理论引导,以思政课改革为先导;立足成果转化,以实践服务为平台。

Compared with the established comprehensive universities, local undergraduate universities have encountered more real adversities in implementing the character- oriented talent cultivation. Combined with the daily working practice in Putian University, the paper comes up with the three aspects, that is, focusing on the local features to set up distinguished campus cultures; depending on the theoretical guidance to highlight the reform in ideological and political education; realizing the transformation of research fruits to put into the practical services, taking a new initiative in the implementation of the basic task in Characteroriented talent cultivation.
