摘要
从马斯洛需求理论出发,通过对莆田学院2014届、2015届部分大学毕业生的调查,主要了解其求职动机、就业倾向等动态,从个人、家庭、用人单位、高校、政府等方面,剖析大学毕业生就业倾向成因,并提出大学毕业生更快地走出就业困境的对策。
From Maslow's hierarchy of needs theory, through the survey on Putian University graduates of2014 and 2015, the paper explains their job motivation, job tendency, and etc. From individuals, families,companies, universities, government and other aspects, it analyzes the factors of their job tendency and puts forward the countermeasures on how to overcome employment difficulties for university graduates.
