摘要 借助搭建的模拟试验装置,模拟了炼油生产多工况的阀门内漏模式,试验数据表明:声发射技术能够检出阀门气体内漏量小至1 L/min,该技术可以成为诊断阀门内漏有效手段。从开口阀门泄漏数据可以看出,阀门内漏远超过了其外漏比例。运用包括事前检验和声发射在线检测等技术手段探查和控制阀门内漏,无论对炼油企业的清洁生产还是安全运行都具有非常积极的意义。 It is demonstrated that internal leakage of valves may be a result of any defect in designing, manufacturing, installing, operating and maintaining through analysis of leakage causes in refinery facili- ties. Valve's internal leak conditions have been test for many refinery processes with a through -valve leakage simulation facility. It has been proved that a valve can be detected for internal leakage as little as 1 L/min based on acoustic emission technology, therefore, it may be an effective measure to diagnose valves for internal leakage. Leakage rate of open - ended valves has demonstrated current conditions of valves in domestic refineries; greatly exceed external leakage proportions of valves. Therefore, detecting and controlling internal valve leakage based on tests in advance and online monitoring technologies of a- coustic emissions have great positive meaning for process safety as well as clean production.
