摘要 为了研究CO_2输送管道全截面破裂后介质射流形貌和扩散危险区域,在260 m工业规模试验管道上开展了气相、超临界相及密相CO_2在全截面破裂工况的泄放试验,视频记录了CO_2射流形貌,测量了轴线上距离泄放口不同位置的浓度随时间变化情况,分析了轴线方向CO_2浓度变化规律,探讨了CO_2扩散危险区域。研究表明,气相CO_2泄放时射流呈现圆柱形,密相、超临界相呈现扇形。密相泄放时扩散危险区域稍高于超临界相泄放,显著高于气相泄放。 Release experiments of CO2 in gas phase, supercritical phase, and dense phase from an full bore rupture industrial scale pipeline of 260 m were performed. Jet appearances of C02 were recorded. CO2 concentrations at different locations with time were measured. Changes of CO2 concentrations along release axis were analyzed. Dangerous regions of CO2 dispersion were discussed. Results indicate that the jet appearance of gas CO2 was cylindrical, corresponding to the fan - shaped of super critical and dense phases. The dangerous region of dense CO2 release was a little larger than that of supercritical CO2 release, and significantly larger than that of dense CO2 release.
