中药防治全髋关节置换术后深静脉血栓的进展

Progress of Traditional Chinese Medicine in prevention and treatment of deep venous thrombosis after total hip arthroplasty

深静脉血栓是全髋关节置换术后常见的严重并发症之一。笔者从中医的角度,对深静脉血栓的病因、病机及防治进展进行了阐述。本文通过回顾近年来相关的临床文献,同时从中药复方治疗、单方治疗及中药外治三方面进行讨论,最终发现中药在防治全髋关节置换术后下肢深静脉血栓方面正逐步体现出其独特的优势,如可靠的疗效、良好的安全性和多样的治疗方式等。

Deep venous thrombosis （DVT） is one of the common severe complica-tions in patients received total hip arthroplasty （THA）.The author summarized the progress of DVT in etiological factor, pathogenesis, prevention and cure about traditional Chinese medicine （TCM）.By reviewing the relevant clinical literatures in recent years, meanwhile by discussing on three aspects： polypharrnaey, monotherapies and external-therapy of TCM, this article finally put forwards that TCM has gradually reflected its unique advantages, such as reliable efficacy, good safety and various therapy meth- ods in the prevention and treatment of DVT following THA.
