外敷瑶药止痛贴联合雷火灸治疗骨转移癌痛的临床研究

Clinical study of external application of Yao-Yao Analgesic Plaster combined with thunder-fire moxibustion in the treatment of bone metastatic cancer pain

目的观察瑶药止痛贴外敷联合雷火灸治疗骨转移癌痛的效果。方法 选择2013年11月～2015年11月广西壮族自治区民族医院肿瘤科收治的80例骨转移患者,将其随机分为治疗组和对照组,对照组40例单用唑来膦酸治疗,治疗组40例在对照组治疗的基础上加用外敷瑶药止痛贴联合雷火灸治疗。两组疗程均为4周。观察骨疼痛缓解程度、止痛起效时间、生活质量及不良反应。结果 治疗组总有效率为92.5%,对照组为70.0%,两组比较差异有统计学意义（χ^2=3.8743,P〈0.05）。治疗组止痛平均起效时间为（0.50±0.25）h,对照组为（4.50±1.25）h,治疗组起效时间明显短于对照组,差异有统计学意义（t=3.5871,P〈0.05）。治疗组体力状况提高稳定率为90.0%,对照组为65.0%,差异有统计学意义（χ^2=4.1891,P〈0.05）。治疗组和对照组不良反应发生率（15.0%比10.0%）比较差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。结论 外敷瑶药止痛贴联合雷火灸对骨转移癌痛有较好的止痛效果,并能改善患者的生活质量。

Objective To observe the curative effect of external application of Yao-Yao Analgesic Plaster combined with thunder-fire moxibustion in the treatment of bone metastatic cancer pain. Methods Eighty patients with bone metastases admitted to Department of Oncology of National Hospital of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region from November 2013 to November 2015 were selected and randomly divided into treatment group and control group. 40 cases of control group were treated with Zoledronic Acid, 40 cases of treatment group were treated with external application of Yao-Yao Analgesic Plaster combined with thunder-fire moxibustion based on the control group. Both groups were treated for 4 weeks. Pain relief degree, onset time, quality of life and adverse reactions were observed. Results The total effective rate of the treatment group was 92.5%, which of the control group was 70.0%, there was a significant difference between the two groups （χ^2=3.8743, P 〈 0.05）. The average onset time of pain relief in the treatment group was （0.50±0.25） h, which of the control group was （4.50±1.25） h, the onset time of the treatment group was significantly shorter than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant （t = 3.5871, P 〈 0.05）. The improvement and stabilizing rate of physical power in the treatment group was 90.0%, which of the control group was 65.0%, the difference was statistically significant （χ^2= 4.1891, P 〈 0.05）. There was no significant difference of the incidence of adverse reactions between treatment group and control group （15.0% vs 10.0%） （P 〉 0.05）. Conclusion External application of Yao-Yao Analgesic Plaster combined with thunder-fire moxibustion in the treatment of bone metastatic cancer pain has a good analgesic effect, which can improve the quality of life.
