摘要
目的探讨在医学影像学临床教学中引入"三明治"教学法对提高教学质量的重要性。方法将同年级40名学生随机分为对照组和实验组,对照组应用传统的教学法,实验组应用"三明治"教学法。结果 "三明治"教学法组学生出科考试成绩明显优于传统教学组(P<0.01)。结论 "三明治"教学法运用于医学影像学临床教学中可以明显激发学生的学习热情,培养学生的临床思维能力,加强沟通能力,提高教师素质,促进教学相长。
Objective To discuss the importance of applying sandwich teaching-method to medical imageology. Methods 40 students were randomly divided into experimental group (20 by sandwich teaching-method) and control group (20 by traditional teaching-method). Results It showed that the scores students gained in sandwich teaching-method group were significantly higher than those in traditional teaching-method group during after-department examination (P 〈 0.01). Conclusion The application of sandwich teaching-method in medical imageology is well proved to enhance study motivation, communication ability and clinial reasoning and judgment, which benifits both instructors and learners.
