摘要
医院行政职能部门是医院正常有序运转中不可或缺的关键服务性部门,它肩负着为医院领导出谋划策,指导、辅助、协调临床科室各项工作的重大任务,行政效率的高低必然会对医院整体效率高低产生巨大影响,但其又是非临床的一线科室,如何发挥和协调各职能部门的最大效能,是医院发展的关键。为此,本研究就行政职能部门绩效管理中存在的问题及改革的必要性,依据工资的改革和综合目标管理细化原则对医院的发展进行了分析,提出了各科室相关的考核细则,需绩效与工作业绩挂钩,并加强考核管理,量化工作目标,调动工作人员的积极性,这为医院的整体发展提供了良好的保障。
Department of hospital administrative is indispensable to the hospital in the normal and orderly operation of the key and service sector, it is shouldering the advise for hospital leadership, guidance, the major task of auxiliary, co-ordinate all work of the clinical departments, the discretion of the administrative efficiency of hospital overall efficiency will inevitably have a huge impact, but it is not a clinical department, how to play the biggest effectiveness and coordi- nation department is the key to the development of the hospital. Therefore, this study analyzes problems existing in the administrative functions of the performance management and the necessity of reform, on the basis of wage reform and the development of the principle of comprehensive target management refinement of hospital are analyzed, and puts for- ward the relevant evaluation rules of each department performance linked to job performance, and strengthens the examination management, quantitative work target, arouses the enthusiasm of staff, and it can provide good protection to the overall development of hospital.
