自我效能训练对脊髓损伤患者功能恢复及生活质量的影响

Effect of self-efficacy training on functional recovery and quality of life of patients with spinal cord injury

目的 探讨自我效能训练对脊髓损伤患者功能恢复及生活质量的影响。方法 纳入2013年3月～2015年8月中国医科大学附属盛京医院收治的脊髓损伤患者100例,采用随机数字表法分为对照组和实验组,每组各50例,对照组采用常规护理,实验组在对照组基础上实施自我效能训练,比较两组干预前后自我效能、神经功能恢复、生活技能、生活质量。结果 实验组干预后较干预前一般自我效能评分（GSES）明显提高,且明显高于对照组（均P〈0.05）。实验组干预后脊髓损伤评级（ASIA）分级明显好于干预前,且明显高于对照组（均P〈0.05）。两组干预后日常生活能力评分（ADL）均较干预前明显提高（P〈0.05）,实验组干预后ADL评分明显高于对照组（P〈0.05）。两组干预后躯体功能、社会功能、心理功能、物质功能评分均明显高于干预前（P〈0.05）,实验组干预后各维度评分均明显高于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论 自我效能训练可有效提高脊髓损伤患者神经功能、生活技能恢复效果及生活质量。

Objective To investigate the effect of self-efficacy in patients with spinal cord injury in training on recovery and quality of life. Methods 100 cases of spinal cord injury patients admitted to Shengjing Hospital of China Medical University from March 2013 to August 2015 were selected and randomly divided into control group and experimental group, with 50 cases in each group. Control group received routine care, the implementation of the experimental group control group and experimental group were based on self-efficacy training, self-efficacy, neurological recovery, life skills, quality of life were compared before and after the intervention. Results Compared with before intervention, the intervention in the experimental group GSES score was significantly improved, and was significantly higher （P 〈 0.05）. ASIA grade experimental group after the intervention was significantly better than before intervention, and was significantly higher （P 〈 0.05）. Compared with before the intervention, ADL of two groups significantly increased intervention （P 〈 0.05）, after the intervention. ADL in the experimental group was significantly higher （P 〈 0.05）. Compared with before the intervention, physical function, social function, mental function, physical function scores of two groups were significantly higher （P 〈 0.05）, each dimension scores of the experimental group were significantly higher after control group （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Self-efficacy training can improve nerve function, life skills, spinal cord injury patients recovery effect and quality of life.
