维生素D与血压调节的关系 被引量:1

摘要 维生素D缺乏十分常见,其可能通过激活肾素-血管紧张素-醛固酮系统(RAS),引起继发性甲状旁腺功能亢进及影响内皮功能等机制影响血压。不同年龄人群的维生素D缺乏与血压存在着关系,但补充维生素D对血压的影响在不同研究中存在差异。
