急性主动脉夹层伴下肢缺血横纹肌溶解1例

摘要 1病例简介 患者,男性,58岁,因胸闷、头晕伴左下肢乏力1d至急诊室就诊,既往有高血压病史和颅脑外伤手术史。查体发现患者神志清,无气促,两肺呼吸音粗,未闻及干湿啰音。心界无扩大,上肢血压为230/138mmHg,心率110次/min,心律齐,各瓣膜区未闻及明显杂音。腹软无压痛,神经系统病理征阴性。
