摘要
土臭素和2-甲基异莰醇是饮用水源中两种最为典型的致嗅物质,有效去除这两种嗅味物质一直是供水企业普遍关心的问题。生物法去除水中土臭素和2-甲基异莰醇因无需投加化学药剂和吸附剂而受到广泛关注。本文系统总结了生物法去除水中土臭素和2-甲基异莰醇所涉及到的降解菌、降解机理和处理工艺,并分析指出了生物法去除这两种嗅味物质所存在的问题,以期为供水企业采用生物法控制饮用水嗅味提供一定的技术参考。
Geosmin and 2-methylisoboneol are the most prevalent compounds which can produce tastes and odors, and effectively removing these two compounds is of universal concern to the water supply enterprises. In recent years, the use of biological process for removing geosmin and 2-methylisoboneol has drawn an increasing attention due to the advantage that is free of chemical oxidant and adsorbent. With the expectation of providing some information on the application of the biological process for removing geosmin and 2-methylisoboneol, the degrading bacteria, biodegradation mechanism and biological treatment process involved were thoroughly summarized in this paper, and the disadvantages of the biological process for removing geosminand 2-methylisoboneol were also elucidated.
